Built from
real problems.
Picaloid didn't start with a pitch deck. It started with 14 years of building things that actually had to work — national-scale government systems, safety-critical software, international platforms — and the recurring observation that the businesses with the best technology often communicated it the worst, and the ones with the best design rarely had the systems to back it up.
Our founder Yudi Nugraha spent those years at the intersection of engineering and impact: building infrastructure for Indonesia's Ministry of Education used by hundreds of thousands of people, backend systems for a US climate-finance startup, and software for the Indonesian Navy where reliability wasn't optional.
Picaloid was founded to bring that same standard of thinking — rigorous, outcome-focused, and human-centred — to businesses that deserve better than the choice between beautiful-but-broken and functional-but-forgettable.
But the service business is only the beginning. The long-term vision is larger. We're building toward something more ambitious — products, stories, and intellectual properties that create lasting impact.
